What are credits?
Credits are used to pay for API calls. Different models consume different amounts of credits based on their complexity and computational requirements.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to additional credits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Once your credits are exhausted, API calls will fail until you either upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits. We recommend monitoring your usage through the dashboard.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within the first 7 days of your subscription if you're not satisfied with the service. Contact our support team for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Current checkout in /settings/keys runs in sandbox mode. Top-ups add test credits only, and no real card charge is processed yet.
